All our maintenance clients are given priority access to our services.
Moore-Wilson provides support and maintenance from 9.00am to 5.00pm on all weekdays, except Bank Holidays and the year-end holiday period. Typically all requests are completed within 48 hours.
As part of our standard level of maintenance and support, we cover all of the following services:
Proactive technical checks:
- We test your website thoroughly on a monthly basis
- We check all internal and external links and fix any found to be broken
- Your website code is checked, including any scripted elements
- Your website is also manually reviewed, e.g. for display glitches etc.
User support and other client-led requests:
- Website and CMS support is provided and we will always reply the same day, during our normal office hours
- We provide telephone as well as email support for your website
- We provide support for any server issues that may arise
