It's not just when your new site launches that training in the CMS can be required. Training needs can vary as a new person joins or new functionality is added to the website. As part of the support retainer, we are happy to do ongoing training, and this can be to suit your needs. It can be over a screen share session, or face to face if that's the preferred option. We can also produce bespoke training documentation for your site.

User manuals and site documentation
Some clients find it useful to have a user manual for how to add and change content on their sites. This can be useful if there are a number of editors working on different sections of the site, or if temporary staff is regularly utilised. We can create bespoke manuals for your site or key sections of your site.
