Moore-Wilson Achieves ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security

Moore-Wilson New Media Ltd is delighted to announce that we have now achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection certification, which is the internationally recognised standard for information security management.

This recognition demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting client information and ensuring that the highest standards of security are ingrained within every part of our business. It reinforces our commitment to Information Security, including our pre-existing IASME Cyber Essentials Plus and NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit programmes.

ISO 27001 is the world’s best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). For Moore-Wilson to have achieved this recognition, multiple independent audits of our policies, procedures, have and will continue to be carried out to ensure that we meet or exceed the stringent requirements for managing and protecting information to internationally recognised standards.

Moore-Wilson is ‘registered’ with Alcumus ISOQAR as a certified organisation.

The project was led by our Chief Technology Officer whose expertise and guidance were pivotal in coordinating and implementing the processes required to meet ISO 27001 standards. Their leadership, together with the hard work and commitment of the entire Moore-Wilson team, was key to achieving the certification smoothly and to the high standards demanded.

This certification applies to everything we do, including our Managed Hosting, Development, Design, Support and Digital Marketing services. It establishes that Moore-Wilson is compliant with best practices across risk management, governance and information security.
