The brief included the following:
We undertook a complete scoping process to come up with a new design, UX and structure for the new site.
An important element of the site build was the content migration, which was something the client wanted Moore-Wilson to complete. This was a manual process that allowed the client to review a section at a time.
The site was built in the latest version of Umbraco, which is a powerful open source CMS based on .net and allows for easy editing of content, something that was important to the client.
We had weekly meetings with the client to ensure they were up to date with what was being worked on, and also allow them to have regular input, ask any questions and raise any concerns. This also helped to ensure the content migration went smoothly, as we could address issues and questions as they came up.

We are pleased to say that the website launched on time, and the client is really pleased with their new website and how easy it is to manage using Umbraco. The site is conforming to accessibility standards and also incorporates and assisted toolbar.
