Strong foundations: high quality sales website for leading London housing association

Requirement:

Peabody has been providing affordable housing in London since 1862. Peabody selected Moore-Wilson to build their new sales website with a brief that the site should be completely focused on sales of their new housing developments. Peabody were also keen for their properties to rank favourably alongside any that a buyer might find in the purely commercial sector.

Solution:

The project was tackled with great care to ensure a simple user-journey to maximise enquiries. In order to do this, we minimised buttons and sought to provide simplicity throughout the website. As Peabody were keen for their properties to compare favourably to those in the purely commercial sector, we sought to ensure a high quality approach to the website build.

The entire sales process is managed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the website links to this throughout. We were also determined to make sure that the new site delivered an excellent experience across all devices so a lot of attention was given to the responsivity of the website. We also made the site adaptive so that it adapts to the device that is being used. In other words, it ensures that touchscreen commands such as ‘swipe’ are automatically enabled when appropriate.
