Moore-Wilson restructured the website to make information easier and faster to find, creating a streamlined user journey with clear routes to key content. A simple, accessible design used colour and prominent call-to-action tiles to highlight common queries and symptoms, helping users quickly navigate to relevant information. The homepage acted as a central hub, featuring intuitive navigation, powerful search functionality, quick-access links, a “Find a Service” tool, and a dedicated professionals area for resources, training, and events.

The new website delivers a significantly improved user experience, making it easier for people to quickly find the information, advice, and services they need. A mobile-first design, simplified navigation, and features such as prominent search, call-to-action tiles, and the service finder help users access relevant content with minimal effort.
