Bishop Fleming is an award-winning UK accountancy firm operating from locations in the South West and the West Midlands. The business provides a comprehensive range of services across a range of sectors including small and medium enterprises, owner-managed businesses, listed companies, public sector organisations, charities and schools both in the UK and internationally.

The project started with a series of workshop sessions with Bishop Fleming’s internal team to help capture the key requirements. Combining this with competitor research, we made recommendations in the form of wireframes. The wireframes were evolved during a series of further engagement sessions to create the vision for a new website and marketing campaign.
Following sign-off of the wireframes, we then briefed our creative team and several design options were put forward for consideration. An important element was our knowledge sharing of creating new approaches to how the firm leverages its output. For example, we gathered together existing material in new knowledge hubs to gain more value from Bishop Fleming’s insights and these topics then became landing pages in their own right.
Key features included a powerful knowledge hub and content portal that has increased website engagement along with an online marketing strategy that underpins the commercial and marketing department’s objectives. We are providing ongoing support packages and management of the platform along with hosting services. We attribute the comprehensive consultancy period and working sessions at the beginning of the project to its success, this key component of the solution ensured the end project reflected Bishop Fleming’s vision and measurements of success.
