Overview:

Moore-Wilson scoped, designed, developed, and launched a new Drupal based site, while also evolving the existing brand identity:

  • We developed the site working closely with UK Finance, the primary stakeholder, and its internal Commercial Finance team
  • The existing logo was evolved and an updated site design was applied throughout
  • The site includes a web form which allows users to appeal a decline from any of the main UK banks

Project detail:

UK Finance partnered with Moore-Wilson to deliver the project, working closely with its Commercial Finance team through scoping, development, testing and training. We refreshed the brand identity with an updated logo, colour palette, typography and image library, before supporting content migration to the new Drupal website.

A key feature was a secure online Appeals form, enabling businesses to appeal finance application rejections directly to participating banks. Users select their bank, submit details securely, and receive email confirmation once the appeal process is underway.

The Result:

Following a lengthy testing period to ensure participating banks received submitted appeals, we launched the site on an agreed date with UK Finance.

The rebuilt website has improved the user experience, and the appeal form has been completely rebuilt using modern, reliable technology. Combined with a clean, modern design, this provides Better Business Finance with a future-proof platform, enabling the organisation to achieve its key objectives and continue supporting UK businesses.
