Trethowans are one of the South’s leading solicitors, with a team of over 150 people - including 23 partners, and over 75 lawyers, across offices in Salisbury and Southampton.

Trethowans had seen some of our work in the legal sector and approached us to redevelop their website. They had a vision for their site, in which each visitor’s user journey would be tracked, so that the next time the visitor returned to the site, it would show specific content, related to their previous interests.

To do this we developed the site to work with a powerful, easy to use, Content Management solution, linked to a series of database queries and algorithms. When a visitor clicks through the site, our system stores the pages visited, and loads a cookie on the visitor's PC.

The information learned from tracking visitor behaviour on the site is now informing how the site itself evolves, and it is also affecting the firm's broader approach to marketing.
