Humres specialise in providing recruitment solutions to the construction sector. They are the first recruitment consultancy in the UK to cater exclusively to the needs of building product manufacturers, contractors, house builders, and environmental service and consultancy providers.

Humres got in touch with us after having seen an award-winning website that we created for another business in the recruitment sector. The new Humres site needed to be flexible, scalable, and share data with a number of job boards. At launch the site needed to handle over 1,000 live vacancies for candidates, and the CMS (Content Management System) solution had to accommodate significant future growth.

To ensure scalability and flexibility, we designed and developed their new website using our own powerful, easy to use CMS. For wide coverage, we set up the site to utilise the Broadbean service. This allows jobs to be created in an online Broadbean account, and posted via XML to the Humres website, as well as numerous other jobs boards such as Monster and TotalJobs.
