The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – RICS – is one of the most respected and high profile global ‘standards and membership’ organisations for professionals. RICS has 110,000 members working in over 120 countries involved in land, valuation, real estate, construction and environmental issues.

RICS wanted to track and understand user behaviour on their website and they appointed WebtraffIQ as their web analytics provider in September 2002.

After 2 years of successfully working together RICS showed their appreciation by presenting WebtraffIQ at the London web analytics conference the Emetrics Summit, hosted by Jim Sterne, the President of the Web Analytics Association.

WebtraffIQ is ABCe Certified. We recently verified RICS data to be 99.8% accurate across all RICS websites. This gave RICS an audited website usage figure for bench marking purposes and allows RICS to share this information with interested media purchasers and external news publications.
