Specification:
- Define functional specification of brochure
- Discuss any expectations of format, page content, stock
- Define delivery schedule for AGM and distribution
Design:
- 3 graphic designers appointed, each produce a look-and-feel concept
- Chosen design concepts developed through to final design style
- Establish corporate or brand identity considerations
Imagery and Photography
- Discuss style of imagery – Photography or illustration
- Commissioned photography
- Stock Royalty free or Rights managed photo library imagery
Art Direction
- Providing creative art direction working with commissioned photographer
Copy writing
- Proofing client supplied copy where appropriate
- Full copy writing from client brief
Print buying and management
- Arranging printing through our approved suppliers
- Negotiating best cost against quality
- Liaising and managing the print schedule
- Arranging and checking colour proofs
- Viewing and monitoring on-press proof passes
