Moore-Wilson Ltd http://www.m-w.co.uk merges with Carbon Digital Experiences Ltd. This is Moore-Wilson’s fourth merger and acquisition since 2004.
Carbon Digital, based in Covent Garden, is a high quality web design agency with a number of blue chip clients. Moore-Wilson also has a London office based in Covent Garden which will in due course become the London base of the newly merged business.
"Carbon Digital and Moore Wilson share many industry sector strengths and core competencies, which combined with the increase in resource scalability, made a sound strategic case for merging our businesses" said Gavin Steen, MD of Carbon.
The shared industry sector strengths are: recruitment, financial, IT & Telecoms and not for profit. Specific clients include: Avaya, Anadin, Barclays Bank, The European Commission and The Red Cross.
The combined business has a turnover in excess of £2M, placing Moore-Wilson among the largest New Media agencies in the UK.
Moore-Wilson offers a genuinely integrated approach to marketing communications, from branding and print based design through to web design, CMS solutions, online marketing, web analytics and internet and mobile phone applications.
