WebtraffIQ Ltd. http://www.webtraffiq.com is hired to measure a multi platform, multi media, multi lingual marketing campaign for hypegallery.com/streetphotography created and launched by Publicis Dialogue http://www.publicis-dialog.co.uk.

Publicis Dialog is one of the UK’s top 5 marketing agencies with services including CRM, direct marketing and promotional and digital marketing. It has offices in 42 cities across 4 continents. Its domestic and international clients include COI, Renault, the Post Office, Zurich Financial Services, Powergen, HP, Nobel and McArthurGlen.
hypegallery.com/streetphotography is a Magnum endorsed scheme for professional photographers that allows them to enter their street photography into an online gallery. The best 30 works will be chosen by Stuart Franklin, president of Magnum, and will be exhibited at this year’s Arles Photo festival.
Publicis Dialog created the website and developed the digital and terrestrial campaign for hypegallery.com/streetphotography on behalf of HP (Hewlett-Packard). WebtraffIQ have been employed to track, report and analyse the site usage figures and behavioural patterns.
Traffic is being driven to the site by an integrated communications campaign specifically targeting professional photographers. Three very different types of banners ads are being used: a standard Flash banner in four sizes, an interactive MPU banner in the form of and adjustable camera, and an expandable sky scraper that allows the user to spray various colours. The
campaign is also being supported by press releases, emails and PR activity.
All of the marketing activity has been developed in multiple languages to accommodate the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany and Switzerland, and individually rolled out to each country.
Marcos Richardson, director at WebtraffIQ comments “There is a lot of hype currently in the Web Analytics industry regarding centralised campaign tracking and the analysis of rich media. We are very happy that Publicis Dialog has taken on WebtraffIQ to deliver analysis for this multi-faceted campaign.”
Lisa Norbury, Account Director at Publicis Dialog comments “This is a really exciting campaign supporting the HP z series printers, using the previous success of Hype to target the professional photographer. WebtraffiQ is really helping us to understand how the various communication elements are performing in terms of driving traffic to the site, and also how visitors are spending their time on the site.”
