AssistKD is one of the UK's leading consultancy and training organisations. They asked us to completely overhaul their website, from its look-and-feel through to all of its functionality. It was also particularly important for the booking and payment system to be improved and made more user friendly.
To allow users to find information about different courses easily, we added a ‘quick course finder’ that would direct users to the relevant pages without the need to comb through the site. We also updated the booking system with the functionality to purchase a place on behalf of another person. This improvement allows companies to book places on courses for their employees and to assign them as attendees. The new custom e-learning functionality will allow customers to purchase 30 days use of an e-learning course and it will send reminders when the 30 day period is about to expire.
AssistKD also wanted to improve their website administration. The new site has a CMS that gives their administrators full control over the site content and allows them to make changes easily. The order management system was also updated and linked to their accounting systems. AssistKD can now put orders, made by phone, directly into the website system to bypass the payment system if they want to invoice a company instead. All these changes have reduced time spent on managing orders and allow AssistKD to focus on their core services.
Finally, we have built the new website to link in with a new SEO campaign that we are running for them to increase site traffic and increase bookings.
