itvWILD allows online access to the large collection of wildlife footage amassed over the years. The popularity of this repository led ITV to work with Education City, and subsequently Moore-Wilson, to create itvWILD for schools. This is a bespoke online education service which maps video clips to the curriculum to provide teachers with a new way of engaging students.
Users can create their own editable list of favorite clips and images with the ability to input text notes. Assignments and tests can be completed online and results sent to the teacher for scoring, and the ‘World’s Wildest Quiz’ is also available for children to test their knowledge.
Moore-Wilson successfully delivered the project within a fixed budget and tight deadline to ensure it was ready in time for the start of the school term.
